    Jigsaw Pain!


    I was thinking I had a very poor Internet connection until I saw so many other posts regarding the freezing while playing Jigsaw. It does appear connected to when the in-game ads are running. The game simply freezes and will not allow me to move a piece.
    Sometimes I run out of time and have to try again. This has completely spoiled my pleasure in the game. Too frustrating. I will just not play again until this issue is fixed.

    why won't it open

    this whole system is becoming a pain in the butt. First Solitaire Collection refuses to load on my computer & now Microsoft Jigsaw

    Puzzles - on a CD

    Do you mean puzzles like jigsaw puzzles, or just games that require you to solve puzzles? In either case, Big Fish is a great source for both jigsaw puzzle and general puzzle games. They're not too expensive, have deals and discounts, and your mom can even play any game for free for one hour.

    I agree totally with ratingketchup32. I don't mind sidebar pop-up ads while I play a game because I can open them or ignore them. I love Microsoft Jigsaw, but the promo for Seeker notes is a complete pain. I've tried the games and don't like them. Please
    at least give us a choice whether we want to watch them or not.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
