    I have a Premium acct. I am home-bound so Microsoft Jigsaw is a pleasant way to keep my mind working. I have all of the puzzle packs, and have solved most of them at all levels. I have about half of them remaining on the forth level. Just after I hit Nine
    hundred thousand the game stopped loading ON-LINE. Doesn't make much sense to pay for a premium acct when I can't use half the program (ie, Daily Challenges)

    I'm running an HP Envy M5 gaming rig, so I doubt there are any issues with RAM.

    I have sent Microsoft support several emails, and still have heard NOTHING! Either They are covering up one hell of a security problem, or just a programming error!

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Unfortunately, as I said in the answer above, for the offer to be able to upgrade to the "Minecraft" from the Disc version of "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" you would have to have played the game for five hours BEFORE Jan. 30th 2018.

    Since you bought the disc in December 2018 (so AFTER the deadline of Jan. 30th 2018), you can't take the offer to upgrade anymore.

    If you had managed to buy a download code instead of a disc, you could probably update.

    Yes, I am having this same issue too. I have been Gold since 2010 on X360 and in Jan 2018, it stopped reflecting I am Gold on Xbox Rewards. It is asking me to sign up for Gold. Also, my Jan 2018 refund did not reflect the 10% Gold
    bonus. I only got 5%. It still shows I am Gold everywhere else on Xbox Live including support who claimed I started Gold on Jan 15. I thought it was because pn Jan 15, I redeemed a 3m Gold membership I bought to extend my time (Amazon was offering a buy 3m
    get 3m free so I redeemed 6m total). But it maybe a glitch.
