    jigsaw now lost yet again


    First it's bingo now fixed at last. for which thanks.

    It's also jigsaw which will not load. 'm upset as I am on my 1588th puzzle (Archaeology) and it's locked up

    Help desk told me to uninstall and re-install but when I did this on solitaire it would not re-install and is now lost..

    As I had originally loaded it when on Windows 7 perhaps that is why.Please help.

    Missing puzzles and gold - yet again!

    Like other recent posts, yet again, I have lost my paid for collections and also the gold that I had accumulated.

    Has anyone had a response from Microsoft Jigsaw on how to reinstate lost puzzle collections and gold?

    Jigsaw history vanished

    After previous problem was advised to re-install Microsoft Jigsaw. It now is working but lost about 800000 gold bars and all Jigsaw achievements have vanished. Very frustrating.

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    I lost Jigsaw Jam collections 2 and 3 as well.

    After uninstalling/reinstalling Jigsaw, I've now also lost the stats for Jigsaw Jam collections 2 and 3.

    Oh well, at least I still have all the Jigsaw Jam Achievements.

    In the plus column, my Daily Challenges sounds (the "Coin Drop" and so-forth) now work correctly. This is a problem I've seen come and go with other games (such as Minesweeper and Solitaire) on Windows 8.1. I never had those problems with Windows 8.0,
    and this was a big reason I delayed upgrading to Windows 8.1 for nearly half a year. The mid-September updates fixed the problem in Minesweeper and Solitaire, and the just-released update for Jigsaw fixed it for Jigsaw.

    Also, despite some of the underlying stats still being wrong, I'm now getting proper credit for completed collections in Classic Jigsaw. The stats still say, for example, that I've played 10 and completed 8 Expert puzzles (I actually completed all 10) but
    now I'm being given credit for completing the collection in Expert difficulty.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    I've lost my campaign 4 times now and yet to finish the campaign because of this, im reluctant to even start it again.
