Jigsaw not working

Discus and support Jigsaw not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I paid for and have enjoyed Premium Microsoft Jigsaw. But for the last few months it hasn't worked at all.     Jigsaw not working


    I paid for and have enjoyed Premium Microsoft Jigsaw. But for the last few months it hasn't worked at all. It gets to the play page and kicks me totally out every time. I have Windows 8.1

    What can I do???

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    You only have to activate the Privacy option / background apps

    restart Jigsaw

    (Re-)ask your downloads

    It works

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
