    For the last four days (since April 7), all the Jigsaws I've worked through the Expert level reset to show that I've not worked on them. When I call up the program, the program has been refusing to let me log in. I've been getting a dialog box when trying
    to log in on April 9 and so far on April 10 that I need to try logging on again. It says that the problem is with Microsoft's (or XBox's) end of the transactions and gives the error code of 0x800040005. Running Windows 10 latest version.

    Have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but haven't been able to.

  2. Jigsaw still not working properly.

    Couldn't log on to Jigsaw game. had worked most of the puzzles (only had about 20 or fewer downloadable collections left), and had accumulated over "800,000 gold bars". Had worked all the "Las Vegas" collections through Expert on last attempt.

    Starting on April 7 through about 4:55 PM CDT 4/11/2017, could not get into game. And two of the last puzzles I'd worked showed they had only been partly worked.

    Now when I just logged on to the game again. I have 92 downloadable collections (of which the ones I have already downloaded which all say "down load now" and the three new collections are listed. And I only have 660,000 or so gold bars.

    WHAT HAS HAPPENED?

    Have had problems with the Mah Jong game not recording worked Daily Challenges since April 7, and same with the MIcrosoft Solitaire Collection since April 7.

    Day after day, the same thing. The Jigsaw Challenges don't load, so I can keep up with my progress. The Sudoku Challenges are working properly. It's the Jigsaw form that doesn't load up. Please get your developer to see where his mistake is. Then he
    can figure out a way to pass the buck, to get it fixed!

    Hi, I have the same issue with both Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw - Era Slots advert plays, but does not close when finished.

    I do not wish to go premium, I just want the games to work properly!

    Update: Jigsaw functions properly when I play previously played puzzles. Must be an issue with Food 2 puzzle. Just guessing.

    Do you have "Let apps run in the background" switched on? I've had the same problem with downloading, and when I switched on this option (Windows Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, everything started to work
    properly.

    Will not download new puzzle pks.

    For me the solution was to switch on "Let apps run in the background" in the Windows settings (in Windows 10 it's Windows Settings->Privacy->Background apps), for Microsoft Jigsaw,

    Microsoft Store and Xbox. Before that, I couldn't download anything; afterwards everything started to work properly.
