jigsaw not working correctly

Discus and support jigsaw not working correctly in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't move the pieces and then it crashes.     jigsaw not working correctly


    I can't move the pieces and then it crashes. I reopen the puzzle and go to move a piece again and it does the same thing, This is very frustrating. Please help me. This has just recently started

    Jigsaw not working

    since beginning this month, jigsaw is not working correctly on my PC.

    Reloaded the item, but nog result. Sometimes it is going alright, but mostly it is not.

    When starting a daily game, jigsaw is shutting down.

    What is the problem???

    Microsoft Jigsaw Not Working Right.

    For 2 days my Microsoft jigsaw hasn't been working correctly. It will not let me move the puzzle around nor will it let me enlarge or shrink it. I really miss my morning puzzles and coffee time. Please fix it.

    Does the issue persist? Do you see any error code when trying to sign in?

    Have you also made sure to restart your Surface after downloading all updates? It's important that you select Restart instead of just shutting your device down and restarting it.

    Yes I did. In fact, I went ahead and reset my Surface to factory and redownloaded all the updates. The problem remains.

    Still no response or fix. It would seem like, if you aren't going to support Jigsaw, you could let us know that... From my troubleshooting, it would appear that the links between Jigsaw and Microsoft Xbox aren't working correctly... Would the two of
    you get your acts together and let us know that a) you're not going to support this or b) you'll fix it by a specified date??
