    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Microsoft Jigsaw will not log in my user name. I can log into Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong. I have even reinstalled Jigsaw. I t still doesn't work

    Hello,

    I buy the Jigsaw Puzzle Daily Challenge and I coudn't play it. The download of the day's challenge is not functional. The download of classic puzzles runs and runs... without any action I can do.

    I want my money back.

    Downloading problem

    Yes. I am running Win 10. Also have the same problem with the daily challenge. I can play bug catch but other jigsaw challenges lock up downloading.

    upgrade to 17704 did not help with jigsaw. I can run solitaire for a while after wsreset, but it always seems to revert after a period of time
