    jigsaw non funziona da almeno 20 giorni e non si riesce più a giocare alle sfide giornaliere.

    E' veramente uno scandalo!!!!

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried restarting your PC yet? If not, close out of Jigsaw and restart. If that doesn't work, can you try

    reinstalling     the game please?

    jigsaw puzzle does not work, black screen

    On Windows 10 pull up the start menu

    Locate Microsoft Jigsaw then right click, then click on More, then click on App settings.

    In the App settings screen for Microsoft Jigsaw turn off the permissions for Camera, Documents, and Background apps.

    Then click the Terminate button, exit the App settings screen, then start the Microsoft Jigsaw app. This process has worked for me

    several times when after a Windows Update has occurred, Jigsaw experiences the black screen spinning wheel scenario.

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.
