Jigsaw negative points

    My jigsaw puzzle points went from positive to negative. Why? How do I correct it?

    My jigsaw points went from positive to negative. Can't purchase any more puzzles. How can I correct it?

    My points went negative and now I cannot buy the new jigsaw puzzle set. How do I fix this?

    so tried uninstalling and re-installing. Still have negative coins.

    worked well for about four puzzles, then started crashing again.

    have tried most of the suggestions and still crashes.

    currently at a -84475

    no new puzzles left.

    Microsoft Jigsaw awards points go from positive to negative

    The same thing has happened to mine. I opened it one day and all the gold I had acquired reverted to a negative number.
