    Jigsaw lockup problems


    I have enjoyed playing Jigsaw on my Dell PC for some time, but in the last six months, it has been locking up multiple times per hour. I have to close the program and restart it for it to work. Now with ads when it starts up, it is more aggravating. I have
    uninstalled and re-installed several times, but the problem persists.

    takes my credits but does not download new puzzles then shuts down please fix it

    Please try the steps that Frizio l iB suggested, if that does not help then be sure to check out our

    game crashing/freezing guide as well    .

    Let us know if that helps with the game locking up.

    Hey try to clean the cache, by holding for 10 seconds the button when you switch off your console, then try again :)

    No, tried the uninstall/reinstall numerious times from other suggestions.

    When it goes into lockup, Menu/back etc. do not work, can only get out of lockup by the big red X.
