    Jigsaw keeps failing and I need to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it.


    Every few days, Microsoft Jigsaw goes into a crazy mode where it won't log in to the game site. The only solution that Microsoft technical experts have come up with is to uninstall it, reboot my system, and reinstall it. But of course that means i have
    to download all the puzzle sets each time as well. Something is clearly wrong, but nobody seems to be able to figure out the actual source of this problem. I'm running windows 10 64 bit.

    Cannot open Microsoft games in Xbox app

    Decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw. This fixed the problem. Maybe it will work for others too.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle app stopped

    The MS Jigsaw app stopped fully loading recently. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, the reset function in my settings, and uninstalling/installing again.

    Any words of advice?

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's have you try >>uninstalling<< Microsoft Jigsaw
    and then reinstalling it and seeing if you can access your new puzzles then.

    Uninstall the jigsaw game and reinstall it. This fixed the problem for me.
