    jigsaw jammer for April 21 won't load


    is anyone else having problems with the jigsaw jammer not loading for April 21. I have tried restarting my computer and restarting the app several times and it won't load. it just says it's loading and it won't load any further like it wasn't downloaded
    all the way at the beginning of the month. I hope someone can help me solve this issue soon. I would like to play my easy challenge for the day

    Jigsaw Jammer won't load in daily challenges

    Anyone have a clue why it won't load in Microsoft Jigsaw. Just started 3 days ago. I can do the first 2 challenges but the jigsaw jammer won't load

    Daily Jigsaw Jammer won't load after upgrading from 8.1 to 10.

    I upgraded win 8.1 to win10 last week. Now unable to access Jigsaw Jammer in the Daily Challenges- never loads. This affected the 5-21, 5-22, & 5-23 Jigsaw Jammer puzzles. Lock Breaker and Bug Catcher dailies have been working fine, Classic Puzzles load
    ok I would hate to loose all my collections and my 180000 gold accumulated in 1 1/2 years.

    Problem solved. Uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and re-installed. Everything is working just fine.

    Fixed this problem by upgrading my PC to Build 14393 of Windows 10. Was able to play - download - the previous 2 days Jammers that didn't work before. Up to day on this. Now on to other issues - lost all my regular puzzles I downloaded and completed...???

    Jigsaw Jammer not loading

    I have the same problem...

    Unable to play Jigsaw Jammer since 4 Sep 2016. Starts to load and hangs.

    Checked Updates and they're all loaded. I have postponed the UPGRADE.

    Ran the Appsdiagnostic10.diagcab, wushowhide.diagcab, dxdiag Direct X Ver. 12, & wsreset.exe. No change.

    The other 2 games, Lock Breaker & Bug Catcher, work fine.

    Jammer tries to load, shows the 4 puzzle pieces moving together and apart, displays about 1/2 inch of the loading bar and loops the puzzle pieces movement infinitely. I let it run for 20 minutes once.

    I did run the MS Disk Cleanup to get rid of all the junk files... ???

    Any suggestions?
