When will the puzzles in the Jigsaw Jammer collections be changed or added to? The same four collections with the same puzzles gets boring.

Problems with Microsoft Jigsaw

This month been unable to download the daily jigsaw jammer (lock & bugs okay). Now find I can't download any collections on computer.

Daily Jigsaw Jammer won't load after upgrading from 8.1 to 10.

I upgraded win 8.1 to win10 last week. Now unable to access Jigsaw Jammer in the Daily Challenges- never loads. This affected the 5-21, 5-22, & 5-23 Jigsaw Jammer puzzles. Lock Breaker and Bug Catcher dailies have been working fine, Classic Puzzles load
ok I would hate to loose all my collections and my 180000 gold accumulated in 1 1/2 years.

I would think an updated Jigsaw Jammer collection with new puzzles would have been something that occurred fairly frequently. But alas its been two years at least and the same 4 collections are the only options. Microsoft, your name is behind this game
and the failure to keep this game interesting is on you guys. Especially for the foolish who paid for the premium membership that added zero additional value to the experience. I have personally never seen a app so widely advertised and pushed on the consumer
that fails to update its content in two years. Its deplorable for such a fine company as Microsoft. Get it together and update the best feature in a decent game.

I just started playing MS Jigsaw in the last three weeks, and I was already looking forward to more Jigsaw Jammer collections. I had no idea the game had been left in the cornfield to die a slow, agonizing death. TWO YEARS since those four were posted?

Me too I can't get the 1st and the 3rd jigsaw jammer to load

Hey, Caged!

I'm sorry to see any issues playing Jigsaw Jammer from April 1st. I thought it might have been an elaborate April Fool's prank, however testing it out it seems to be working for me on my computer. If you haven't already, I suggest uninstalling the game and
then installing it again on your PC. Let me know how that goes! We'll look at our next steps once that's completed and if it's still crashing the game.

Problem solved. Uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and re-installed. Everything is working just fine.
