    Jigsaw Jam - no reaction by click on collection


    Hi,

    I wanted to try out Jigsaw Jam, but collection 1 didn't react to me clicking on it.

    So I unlocked collection 2, which worked and was downloaded, but then the same - no reaction -> it now shows as unlocked, but I can't open it either.

    Any idea?

    Jigsaw Jam 1.4.1612.503 Sucks

    The Jigsaw Jam puzzle is useless now. I've complete all 4 collections, and can't go further.

    Also, in collection 4, I have completed all 6 puzzles without error, and only received 1 star rating. It doesn't make sense, you can't go forward, there are no options, so JIGSAW JAM is useless.

    Classic Jigsaw is a great puzzle. Why can't you improve Jigsaw Jam to work properly, with options to go forward???

    How can I get new collections of puzzles for Jigsaw Jam?

    Hey ZonateChalk421! You can purchase new collections in the classic jigsaw, the collections in jigsaw jam are the only ones available in that section. Thanks!

    Jigsaw Jam - no reaction by click on collection

    Have you tried uninstalling the game, resetting the Store cache, then reinstalling the game? If you have always played while logged into your account and connected to the internet, you should not lose any progress.

    I am having the same issue and uninstalling and resetting the cache has not sorted the problem

    Have you tried any of the other solutions from our FAQ, such as running the Windows Update troubleshooter?

    What OS?

    I had this problem with Windows 10 Preview, and had to use the Tab/Cursor/Enter keys to open the Jigsaw Jam collections and packs. Neither clicking with the mouse nor tapping the touchscreen would open a collection or pack.

    Now that I'm back on Windows 8.1 everything is fine.

    For anyone experiencing this issue on Windows 8.1:

    Please select Restart on your device and see if the downloads complete after the restart.

    It is important that you choose Restart and not Shut down.

    If this does not resolve the issue, try some of our other suggestions listed above, such as making sure that this is not a general connection issue or that you are missing updates.
