Jigsaw jam does not acknowledge Finishing puzzles

Trying out Microsoft Jigsaw. The daily challenges, are fun. However The Jigsaw Jam has not acknowledged full completion of all puzzles when I have done so. This does not happen all the time but when it does the only way can finish is to reboot, load Jigsaw
fresh and try again and it usually works, this work around has failed once, worked after second reboot.

I enjoy Microsoft solitare also -- so far jigsaw is disappointing as a comparison due to this error.

Microsoft Jigsaw Jam

Just wondering if there are new Microsoft Jigsaw Jam puzzles. I just keep getting regular puzzles but not the Jigsaw Jam. Thanks for your help?

Jigsaw still down

I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

After playing a few more games I discovered it's my touch screen. If I use the mouse, I have no issues.

I see this was never answered but I have the same question. How do you get extra Jigsaw Jam puzzles for Microsoft Jigsaw?

At least you can play - there's a fair amount of people who can't play it seems.

I personally haven't played since I obtained all the achievements for the game a long time ago.
