    Downloading Jigsaw puzzles.

    I am unable to download puzzles whether purchased or free while running Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle app. I purchased the trains puzzle and it took away my gold bars but never downloaded the puzzles. Unable to download free puzzles sets.

    Hi - Not only did "Microsoft Jigsaw" make most of my previously bought Puzzles disappear, I decided to try again and purchased a puzzle with my earned "gold", and it took the gold, began to download the puzzle, but I never got it. IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE
    ACTUALLY PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT WE WRITE HERE?

    Fortnite - XBOX LIVE SUBSCRIPTION NOT RECOGNISED

    Took a different approach this morning doing 2 things, not sure which one worked tho...

    1. changed the payment method on my xbox live gold subscription

    2. signed up for 14 day free trial of xbox game pass.

    looks like the change to subscription caused Fortnight to re-check and download the subscription details.

    Argentina is not an officially recognized Live enabled country. This means that if you have a gold membership you more than likely have your account set up for a different region. The game is region locked which means that you must reside in the same region
    as the game you are trying to download.

    Where was the code purchased and which country is your account set up for? Gold memberships are region locked which means that if you live in one country but purchased a code for a different one you will not be able to use it. For example, if you purchased
    a membership code in the US but your account is set for Canada the code cannot be used.

    Please post the 8 digit error code you get when you try the code on the console.

    Region setting and billing location

    A lot of items are being region locked which makes it difficult to download the item when you live in different countries now. No one can tell if you can actually download the items you want until you try.

    What I would recommend is either change the region of your gamertag and then set up a paypal account for it for payment or create a new German region tag to purchase and download from.

    Yes. I am running Win 10. Also have the same problem with the daily challenge. I can play bug catch but other jigsaw challenges lock up downloading.
