    A reputable company that is interested in best customer service would have fixed this by now. I am uninstalling and will not buy any other Microsoft games etc. since they obviously do not care about our frustration.

    Please reply to Jigsaw problems.

    By reading the many recent posts about Jigsaw, it's clear that Jigsaw is broken. Please, Microsoft support, at least have the courtesy to leave a reply and let us know what the status is for this app.

    I cannot go into my mahjong, solitaire, or jigsaw games for the last two weeks!!!

    What did you do to the mahjong, solitaire, and jigsaw games on my computer? I have not been able to get into them for nearly two weeks!! You need to fix whatever you broke!!!
