jigsaw hasn't worked since upgrading to windows 10

Discus and support jigsaw hasn't worked since upgrading to windows 10 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I haven't been able to play Microsoft jigsaw since I downloaded windows 10.     jigsaw hasn't worked since upgrading to windows 10


    I haven't been able to play Microsoft jigsaw since I downloaded windows 10. I keep keeping a message that says in app purchase is no longer available. then by my screen name it says I have to log in with the account that the app was purchased with. Well
    I only log in with the one account since it is all I have. So how is it not the account it was purchased with. Please help I'm very frustrated with this problem. This is the one game that I love to play that helps me relax at the end of a long day.

  2. Jigsaw daily challenges will not download

    Since upgrading to windows 10 the jigsaw challenges will not download. Is there a fix?

    DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY READ THE POSTS ASKING FOR HELP? Microsoft Jigsaw hasn't worked properly on my PC (Windows 10) since the end of March and I can find nowhere to put it right. I've tried all the suggestions I have found. No point in launching new
    content if they won't fully download and just crash.

    Taptiles does not work

    Now I can uninstall and install but still won't open! Worked fine in windows 8! Hasn't worked since upgrade to 8.1!

    I've upgraded to Windows 10, 3 times from Windows 8.1 on my Toshiba Satellite S55-A5295. Each time I was Unable to 'SIGN-IN' to Microsoft Jigsaw. I actually used Three different copies of Windows 8.1 before upgrading. One was the original that came with
    the Laptop, the second was supplied by a tech service at great cost and the third was purchased from Walmart. Couldn't sign in to Jigsaw with any of them. I'm a tech and have been working with computers since 1979, 8088, Atari, Commodore, IBM and Radio shack.
    I've installed, uninstalled updated and cleaned the computer in virtually every combination possible in an attempt to get this to work. I've been playing Microsoft Jigsaw since September of 2014 or 16 months. In that time, I have had other problems too. The
    main 'other' problem is that statistics does not track correctly. Approximately 6% of the time if fails to credit the user for the LAST completed puzzle. On a few occasions, I RESET my computer due to a problem I detected and STATISTICS would remove a number
    of completed puzzles from the count. All toll, I've had approximately 4500 completed puzzles removed in this way. That's Four Thousand Five Hundred. Most were in the first 5 of playing the game, but it can still happen now. Having invested a significant Dollar
    amount in this game, I can't upgrade to Windows 10 without losing the money. I want to upgrade to Windows 10 and thus the dilemma. IS THERE ANY HOPE out there from Microsoft or Arcadia???

    Jigsaw Freezing issue

    I have had the same freeze problems with Jigsaw; just tried getting out of Windows 10 XBox Beta and back to Windows 10 Xbox..... IT WORKS. No more freezing.

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
