Discus and support jigsaw hasn't worked for over a month. the puzzles do not load to play I do not understand why in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Is there a way to get this game back up and in working order?     jigsaw hasn't worked for over a month. the puzzles do not load to play I do not understand why


    Is there a way to get this game back up and in working order? I really enjoy it when I can work the puzzles to take my mind off other things. Please help me get the game working again.

    Jigsaw still down

    Jigsaw hasn't responded for the entire month. Every day it is the same. It will not load new jigsaw puzzles. It simply spins. No fun.

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    none of the puzzles will down load. takes your gold bars then starts to down load then a box pops up you don't have enough money for that puzzle. also your free puzzles wont load. I'm not the only one having this trouble. This has been going on for a long
    time now. why hasn't some one dressed this issues. some one needs to get off their butt and get this taken care of. where not posting for the fun of it, we like the puzzles and very upset that Microsoft do seem to care. fix the issues please
