  1. Jigsaw has stopped working


    While completing the new Hearts collection of jigsaw puzzles, I noticed that about half way through the puzzles my total points stopped updating and as I finished a puzzle, the application would close, forcing me to have to open open Jigsaw again. Once open,
    I could see the star that showed I completed a puzzle, but no points had been awarded. I could then complete each of the other puzzles, one at a time, receiving a completion star but no points, and being forced off the app each time. I have now worked all
    of the Hearts puzzles, but cannot get back in the application. The app shows me the burgundy Microsoft Jigsaw title screen, then moves to the screen listing the various games and my screen name. On that screen, before it finishes updating my overall score
    in the upper right hand corner, the app just stops and closes. Please fix and add more puzzle collections!

    JigSaw Jam has stopped working corectly

    Actually, the ability to get coins and complete the daily challenges has stopped altogether. Is there a fix for this coming anytime soon!!!

    You only have to activate the Privacy option / background apps

    restart Jigsaw

    (Re-)ask your downloads

    I am seeing the same issue. And the behavior is identical on beta Windows 10, stock Windows 10, Windows 8.1 running on a Surface RT. It happens with a newly created user profile on a stock Windows 10 machine. Clearly, there's some issue associated with
    our user data. The time frame in which I see the problem is about the same as yours.

    This problem appeared to happen after the last windows update. Once again, support is underwhelming! If you are not going to fix it until the next update why don't you just say so, or at least say something? With the end of the month coming could you at
    least keep the calendar feature open for March so when you get around to fixing it I could go back and complete the challenges rather than be locked out of the previous month. This is like typing in a digital wasteland, blah, blah, blah, no response, no corrections,
    I might as well be arguing with a stop sign. And yet Microsoft can't figure out why nobody wants their software on a phone. The cloud, the cloud we are so progressive, except when you suck. I would call in for support but don't have half a day to get transferred
    back and forth. This is an XBOX game, this is a windows game, do you have a ticket, let me transfer you, let me transfer you back, sorry we can't fix it until next month but let me transfer back to CS so you do this **** over and over. Go ahead put XBOX in
    the cloud along with the PC software and games, nobody will play them there either.
