Jigsaw game disappears on loading

Jigsaw has a bug. The game tries to load the selected game but fails and then disappears. I have a Win 10 professional.

When I open Jigsaw it disappears when the commercial is starting!

microsoft jigsaw problem

Since one week, it is impossible to play MS Jigsaw : I can enter the game but when I click on "Play", the game disappears from the screen. Do you know why ?

Try restarting the PC and if that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

Not fixed yet! I'm luckier than you two since my coins/points haven't disappeared ... yet ... which is a relief since I have just shy of 40,000 of them ... but Jigsaw crashes every time I try to load the downloadable collections to select new collections.

I purchased 4 packs and none of them show up in downloadable collections. They just disappeared.

The other issue I'm having is that the 3rd puzzle in one of my Jigsaw Jam collection hangs. It just sits there and refuses to load. I've completed the other two, each with 3 stars, but the third won't load. It said that it was unlocked. I tried restarting
my computer, etc. I guess I may have to try deleting Jigsaw Jam and hoping it will give back everything I've achieved. This all started after the latest Windows 10 download.

Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
