    freezing jigsaw

    Jigsaw has just started freezing up. I had Geek Squad clean up my computer and now Jigsaw is freezing worse than before. I haven't figured out how to read the answers you have given in the past for this problem. Can you please help?

    Jigsaw freezing

    Skyscanner ads have upset my entire month of September jigsaw action, and this most certainly does not make one wish to ever use their service. It is past annoying and could cause heart attack. Maddening!

    Makes the game almost unplayable - they do this so you pay to "upgrade" to adless.

    Problem continues, 4 days later. They don't care. Interesting that you've been able to pinpoint it to Skyscanner. You know more than the people at Microsoft who are supposed to fix this!

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.
