Jigsaw Freeze and Shut Down

Discus and support Jigsaw Freeze and Shut Down in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried all suggested solutions; installed upgrades to Windows (none avail for Jigsaw), tried the wsreset and finally the uninstall/reinstall....     Jigsaw Freeze and Shut Down


    I have tried all suggested solutions; installed upgrades to Windows (none avail for Jigsaw), tried the wsreset and finally the uninstall/reinstall. Still freezes then closes. Please fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    Hey there TExasRose5.

    Let's start out by uninstalling the game followed by a PC restart. Once your PC boots back up, reinstall the game. Let us know if that helps clear up the issue for you Jigsaw Freeze and Shut Down :)

    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes and shuts down

    Play on PC

    Windows 10

    After a few minutes of playing it freezes for a few seconds and then window closes.

    Let's start out by uninstalling the game followed by a PC restart. Once your PC boots back up, reinstall the game. Let us know if that helps clear up the issue for you :)

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
