Discus and support Jigsaw downloads broken in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; We have been trying to download a new collection but Nothing happens!     Jigsaw Broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Microsoft - Please STOP posting new puzzles to download until you FIX the broken ones you have now!!. All puzzles (6) from my last download FREEZE after one or two moves, kick me out of the entire program before completion, and just about every other frustrating
    thing possible. Jigsaw is NOT fun or relaxing any longer!! -- Do Microsoft people ever read these forums???

    Jigsaw Broken

    I can't get puzzles to download for the daily challenges. I paid for Premier Jigsaw - assuming I'll get a prorated refund for all the days the puzzles aren't accessible? What's the ETA on getting this fixed?

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
