    jigsaw downloadable collections - download not completing


    jigsaw downloadable collections - download not completing - have purchased three Downloadable Collections, Reef Life, Cacti, Food; none of them actually download; using Windows 10 Pro, 1803, OS Build 17134.345, on Desktop PC, not an Xbox. The Download
    option times-out with an unhappy face on a jigsaw piece. Have 27 collections that previously downloaded. Please invent a method to re-activate if "Download" option is not successful, even if multiple downloads are in queue. Or option to flush download memory,
    and re-activate, and if re-purchase is necessary to resolve this problem, enable someway to flush download memory, and name of Classic Jigsaw in download queue, to activate this option as well. Using access to internet over ADSL line, which experiences Intruder
    alert every 10 minutes, which often freezes the Jigsaw application, and often forces me to have to restart the PC.

    classic jigsaw downloadable collections WILL NOT DOWNLOAD you take my points but no puzzle in return????? Please fix this!

    downloadable collections will not open

    my downloadable collections in jigsaw puzzles will not open, goes back to desktop as soon as I click on downloadable collections.

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    New collection purchase not showing

    this is where my issue started . i purchased the Iceland collection and when wanted to download my jigsaw crashes to desktop.

    now i can download any of my collectables and i cant play daily quests

    Some challenges using jigsaw not in your collections get stuck at "downloading" as well.... about 2 weeks problem...

    Jigsaw Collections missing

    I purchased 4 packs and none of them show up in downloadable collections. They just disappeared.

    The other issue I'm having is that the 3rd puzzle in one of my Jigsaw Jam collection hangs. It just sits there and refuses to load. I've completed the other two, each with 3 stars, but the third won't load. It said that it was unlocked. I tried restarting
    my computer, etc. I guess I may have to try deleting Jigsaw Jam and hoping it will give back everything I've achieved. This all started after the latest Windows 10 download.

    I have the same problem. I have had only 4 Jigsaw Jam collections since I downloaded the game at least a year ago and do not have the option to download any more. I enjoy the game and would like more collections.
