Jigsaw download issues?

Discus and support Jigsaw download issues? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Purchased two different Jigsaw packages. Neither will download.     Jigsaw download issues?


    Purchased two different Jigsaw packages. Neither will download. It acts like it's going to, but then Jigsaw just closes itself? Been doing this since before year end. It is taking the payment out of my earned points, but not providing the product chosen.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Stop Jigsaw

    You only have to activate the Privacy option / background apps

    restart Jigsaw

    (Re-)ask your downloads

    It works

    Jigsaw download issues?

    Lots of us are having problems with puzzles not downloading and we're not getting answers. I haven't personally had the crashing part of the problem but I've never been able to download any packs whether paid for or free.

    Jigsaw puzzles wont download

    I am new to Microsoft jigsaw and used pointes earned to download more jigsaws. BUT where are they ... any help would be great - otherwise I will just go back to jigzone.com .... where I don't have this issue.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same issue, in that the jigsaws I have tried to download won't download all the way. The line shows that it is downloading, but it stops and then nothing happens. Please fix this!!!!

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
