    downloading puzzles

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

    I found this solution in another support forum.

    1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

    Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.

    A forum is useless when no one answers the questions.

    DAVE, I saw that 17 days ago you posted that Jigsaw wasn't working. Is it working for you now? Mine quit working when I received build 14931. That was close to a month ago.

    If you find a solution I would appreciate it much if you posted it here or message me. I'll most likely have to wait till I get a good build downloaded that has a fix for the problem.

    Yes! I'm having issues with jigsaw and Sudoku!! It looks like it's going to load and then dumps me back at my home screen or I just get a black screen and my computer freezes. Please let me know if there is a fix, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling
    and it didn't help at all.

    PUZZLES WON'T DOWNLOAD

    I had the same issue - go to Settings > Apps, scroll down to Microsoft jigsaw. Click it but DO NOT click 'uninstall' - under the name Microsoft jigsaw and Microsoft Studios you will see 'advanced options". Click that and on the next
    screen click reset - ignore the warning. I used the reset and then re-loaded Jigsaw and it did NOT ask me to sign in again, and all my points were still in place - and the downloads worked again!
