Discus and support Jigsaw doesn't work anymore, Just tell us what the situation in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Since a week or two, I'm unable to play the daily challenge when trying, the program close without any messages. trying the usual "wsreset" cleanup...     Since a week or two, I'm unable to play the daily challenge when trying, the program close without any messages.

    trying the usual "wsreset" cleanup the system , etc ... but no way

    So that was a nice hick-up yesterday

    But alas today is doesn't work again. So don't tell me to reinstall the Jigsaw or do other things. It cab work, but it does not!

    Game freezing up constantly

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.

    it just doesn't open......I just want to talk to somebody so I can send it back .......I try everything....it just doesn't open anymore. Is Microsoft have issue with the custode service?

    Bought ancient coins in Sea of thieves with wrong email

    The problem I'm having with the link is that it shows an error code.

    It's telling me that what was on that link has been moved or just doesn't exist anymore. Even in the game itself, it says that the store is unavailable.

    I'm from Belgium, so I think that maybe the reason the link doesn't work?

    Problenm opening specific jigsaw

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team is here to assist with the situation, based on the information provided I would suggest that we uninstall Microsoft jigsaw and Microsoft solitaire. Then Reinstall Microsoft jigsaw and see if this fixes the issue. If this doesn't
    fix the issue please let us know.
