    Jigsaw doesn't load

    Since Januuary 1, the Jigsaw doens't load, because the ad is not starting. Very nice for the companies that pay for this!

    jigsaw doesn't load

    about every 6 weeks I get to work on a puzzle. other times it starts to load, then takes me back to the main Jigsaw menu after about 30 seconds of black screen. Reloaded app and still same thing. Glad I haven't signed up for the pro version.

    Have you tried possibly uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Also sometimes I know if your playing a game on xbox if you hit the start button you can quit the game and load it back up.

    Day after day, the same thing. The Jigsaw Challenges don't load, so I can keep up with my progress. The Sudoku Challenges are working properly. It's the Jigsaw form that doesn't load up. Please get your developer to see where his mistake is. Then he
    can figure out a way to pass the buck, to get it fixed!

    Microsoft Jigsaw not running right today.

    Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

    Last Update has Ruined The Game

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!
