    Jigsaw does not work on new surface pro


    I just set up a new Surface Pro with Windows 10 and completed windows updates. Jigsaw puzzle starts, pushes to Internet ad(Edge) and when I click on return to puzzle, the screen disappears.

    Some daily challenges never open

    Jigsaw works get on Desktop, but never loads daily challenges of Surface Pro

    cant sign in to play microsoft jigsaw

    I got a new surface pro 4 for christmas and downloaded microsoft jigsaw. When I try to play it tells me to choose another item this in app purchase item is no longer available in microsoft jigsaw. then in the corner it pops up and tells me I need to sign
    in to my microsoft account. the game works fine on my surface rt. And the other microsoft games work fine.

    Jigsaw does not work on new surface pro

    please report through the game as a bug report, also try uninstalling and the installing again

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
