Jigsaw does not load

    2 jigsaw updates and 2 insider preview updates later it still does not load :-(

    Maybe if we all keep complaining, they will take the time to fix it!!!

    Jigsaw does not load

    Same here... went through 3 preview builds, uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple times on my PC and it still does not load. The app opens, but I get no options to start new game...

    This is my favorite game. Do daily challenges daily. It's always been slow to download the closer I get to the end of the month. For the last two days it won't download so I can play. Not happy

    Same problem here; game reaches opening splash screen then just sits there. Deletion and re-download doesn't resolve.

    Jigsaw does not load

    I have same problem, since last Windows insider update to version 14931.

    Please fix it as soon as you can.

    I don't want to re-install the game, I'm affraid of losing all progress

    Froze 12 times again tonight on daily challenges, Had to restart until the ads loaded. HEY FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
