Jigsaw does not load

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    Jigsaw does not load right and closes suddenly

    My jigsaw game does not load properly and it closes down suddenly. Is there a bug fixed available?

    Ich bin auch bei diesen spiel angemeldet denn ich kann ja alle anderen spiele auch spielen, nur nicht das Puzzle und das ist seit dem win10 am 14.08.2016 system update gemacht hat, davor war alles ok

    Likewise…I just don't want to lose the puzzles that I've purchased, or the gold coins that bought them. With a Premium Subscription paid too…anybody else frustrated that Microsoft hasn't/won't help???

    It's the Lexus ADS... either remove them or replace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm tired of constantly trying to replay daily challenges in Jigsaw!The ads are just too big to download & that's why it's hanging up & not loading!

    Froze 12 times again tonight on daily challenges, Had to restart until the ads loaded. HEY FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Day after day, the same thing. The Jigsaw Challenges don't load, so I can keep up with my progress. The Sudoku Challenges are working properly. It's the Jigsaw form that doesn't load up. Please get your developer to see where his mistake is. Then he
    can figure out a way to pass the buck, to get it fixed!
