Jigsaw does not load right and closes suddenly

    Jigsaw does not load right and closes suddenly


    My jigsaw game does not load properly and it closes down suddenly. Is there a bug fixed available?

    Microsoft Jigsaw Unable to load

    hi

    I am unable to load Microsoft Jigsaw. When you click on a puzzle it starts to download but when it gets to around 75% it suddenly dispairs and drops right out. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still does it

    cant play daily jigsaw.

    Why my daily Challenges not letting me play it. yet I can play the other 2. it starts to load but go right to other games you can play . when close that window go back to jigsaw but does the same. started doing it since last night.

    Microsoft Puzzles Premium Subscription

    Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!

    I have same problem, since last Windows insider update to version 14931.

    Please fix it as soon as you can.

    I don't want to re-install the game, I'm affraid of losing all progress

    Same here... went through 3 preview builds, uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple times on my PC and it still does not load. The app opens, but I get no options to start new game...

    Froze 12 times again tonight on daily challenges, Had to restart until the ads loaded. HEY FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
