Jigsaw does not do a correct login

Hello,

Yesterday Jigsaw did work fine. Today it shows the same old problems. Whar I can say now is that Jigsaw does do a correct login. Furthermore this time I write down the error code. It says:

Select a different article

This in-app bought article is not available within Microsoft Jigsaw anymore

[CV:8np0YdutXkO6dqSY.34.2]

Has anybody an idea about this?

My Microsoft Jigsaw balance is now a minus342515. How do I correct this?

Problems logging in to Xbox with Microsoft Sudoku

For two days I have the same problem. No problem with Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw, but cannot login with Sudoku. Uninstalling and new installations also do not work.

I've tried logging out and in again multiple times. The console login information is correct and doesn't match the jigsaw login, which is the part that really makes no sense to me. If I log out of the console then open jigsaw it offers me the ability
to put in a password for the incorrect login name, but doesn't let me change it.

You have to log out of the incorrectly logged in account on the console companion. Click on your profile, then select
Sign out from the menu just below your gamertag. Then log into the correct profile. That should change the login on Microsoft Jigsaw.
