Jigsaw does not connect

    Jigsaw does not connect


    Hello,

    A few days ago I could not connect Jigsaw although I am logged in at the xbox app. My credits had been nearly all gone and already solved pictures were set to status undone. There popped up a small window telling an error code which disappeared before I
    could write it down. A hardcopy did not work. Then Jigsaw worked again for two or three days. Since yesterday evening it is just the sameagain. Has anybody any idea? Microsoft seems to completely neglect the problem as I see that a lot of other people have
    the same or similar problem since days as well.

    Jigsaw is a bust!

    Jigsaw simply does not work. Rarely can I get it to work anymore. I have played with Jigsaw for years, but recently it simply does not work.

    no update between tablet and pc

    apparently, jigsaw does not keep the cloud save updated, so now i have 2 different jigsaw status.

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    I run Microsoft Jigsaw under XBox on Windows 10. I tried using the Microsoft Settings ->Apps->Microsoft Jigsaw -> Move button to move the app to the D: drive. Doing this broke the app as discussed above. I tried the suggested procedure above -- I got
    the Xbox to connect using my facebook accounnt; however, the jigsaw game continued to indicate that it would not connect to xbox.com.

    I then again used the Microsoft Settings -> apps->microsoft jigsaw -> Move command to move the app back to the C: drive where it was originally. Now jigsaw comes up connected to xbox.com and I have my data restored from the server. In other words, it
    works on the C: drive but not on the D: drive.
