Jigsaw disappears or goes down every time I open it ??????

Not fixed yet! I'm luckier than you two since my coins/points haven't disappeared ... yet ... which is a relief since I have just shy of 40,000 of them ... but Jigsaw crashes every time I try to load the downloadable collections to select new collections.

Jigsaw has been deteriorating gradually on a day to day basis. Shortly after Windows update at the end of August, the Jigsaw App has gone 'berserk'. The total accumulated points disappeared, the daily challenges began to dysfunction and eventually resulted
in having to perform each 2 or more times by reloading and playing... then the next step required multiple play and the third became a repeat of steps 1 and 2. Today... 08 September 2020, the app does not load... I have tried every part of the Jigsaw app and
if the issue requires access to the Cloud... it will simply 'Fail'. Any part of the App which features 'Advertising' is impacted greatly by the interruptions due to a damaged video clip[ or a faulty advertisement.. often followed by a crash and the extent
of work is lost... Puzzles featuring 500+ pieces or more fail to actually trigger their completion and then crash... the recent opening preview returns to 0 percent and you can't get the image to disappear... yet in the puzzle series it shows the completed
puzzle. The issue continues...

Every time I try to open it it says it's locked by some contraption. And once you kill bed of chaos, she disappears from blighttown, at least that's what the wiki says.

Didn't work and yea every time i shut off the Xbox. It doesn't go away if i sign out it just goes away every time i shut the Xbox down.

I anyone here still has not had a fix to get Jigsaw running, I uninstalled it the reinstalled and at least I can play it again. It has lost some of my purchases and when I download one of my packs to play, it goes away again the next time I open it.
At least it is playable though.
