    Jigsaw Daily Puzzles Not Downloading


    Apparently Microsoft Jigsaw is having issues and none of them are being resolved by Microsoft. Poor customer service for sure and I am most disappointed. Hope these issues are resolved soon.

    Daily Jigsaw puzzles not downloading

    Has anyone looked into the download problem that has been going on for weeks now. I just recently bought the premium version of Microsoft jigsaw puzzle and since then I have not been able to download any daily puzzles nor any collections.

    This is the second post I have sent out without any answer or follow up about the problem.

    Jigsaw Daily Puzzles Not Downloading

    I'm having the same problem with daily challenges. It's always been slow downloading the daily challenges now it won't download them at all. Was hoping I could find a solution here.

    I'm having the same problem. The gold points have been taken, but the Farm Life puzzle will not download.

    Frsutrating, especially as I'm a Premium subscriber.

    jigsaw puzzle downloads and daily puzzles

    Hi,

    A corrupted data may cause your game not to downloading properly. Here are steps on how to reset Windows Store to clear store cache:



    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.



    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).



    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.



    4. Restart your computer and reinstall the games.



    Let us know how it turns out.
