Discus and support jigsaw daily challenges won't start anymore in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Since 2 days the daily challenges for jigsaw won't start anymore.     jigsaw daily challenges won't start anymore


    Since 2 days the daily challenges for jigsaw won't start anymore.

    Do you have a sollution for me?

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.

    wont let me down load it

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
    will help you, too.
