jigsaw daily challenge and wordament

I can't download the jigsaw daily challenges and I can't open wordament. these games need to be looked at!

Microsoft Jigsaw and Wordament

Why can I NOT reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw and Wordament on my laptop. I have done everything I can think of including troubleshooting and uninstalling both the games. Now both games will not reinstall even though it says "I own the game". I have limited
knowledge of computers but I try my best to understand and learn but this one has the better of me. I am therefore left to only play the 5 Microsoft Solitaire daily challenges which I enjoy but I do miss Jigsaw and Wordament. I sincerely hope you will be able
to help.

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Crosswords and Mystery clue

Same problem ... it's impossible to play Daily Challenge Crossword.

And also April 2018 Maps in Jumble and Wordament disappeared ...

I'm sorry to see any issues with Jigsaw and Wordament! For Jigsaw, downloading Daily Challenges is something that is related to the internet connection. If you haven't already, make sure that your PC is connected to your router via a wired connection. This
will give you the best experience for getting Challenges.

For Wordament, I suggest uninstalling the game and reinstalling it if you haven't already.

The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

UPDATE: Sorry, but it didn't work. Clearing cache does not help. And I was just achievement hunting on that game. The Daily Challenge is gone from that Wordament app. Time to find a new game to play. The Daily Challenge only closes the game app.
