Jigsaw crashing

    Jigsaw crashing


    Jigsaw keeps crashing every few minutes. This has been going on for weeks and getting worse. PLEASE FIX OR EXPLAIN.

    Hello,

    did you try update this game via MS Store or did you at least ty to update game via MS Store? Did you do something before error occur?

    It is their way of getting you to PAY to play. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still crashes 20+ times during an expert puzzle. I came on here in a last ditch effort to find a solution, but looks like I will have to change games, away from
    Microsoft to get a glitch free game. The glitches are why Playstation is more popular than the Xbox now. You would think they would listen and learn!

    two semi-decent weeks. now once again ads are freezing and crashing Sudoku and Jigsaw. Arkadium needs to be replaced!

    Ditto here. All other games working, just Jigsaw. Started doing this Nov 5. Game starts, tries to load, freezes and crashes to task bar. I really love this game, too. One of the best jigsaw games I've tried.
