Jigsaw crashing when selecting Grandmaster level

Discus and support Jigsaw crashing when selecting Grandmaster level in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Jigsaw is crashing when selecting Grandmaster level with any picture.     Jigsaw crashing when selecting Grandmaster level


    Jigsaw is crashing when selecting Grandmaster level with any picture. Below levels are working fine.

    I'm on Windows 10.

    Microsoft Jigsaw History and recent changes to game gone as of 10/26/18...HELP!!!!

    All history regarding the new levels Master and Grandmaster of MS Jigsaw disappeared. Game was acting up the day before by not recording points of a completed puzzle, freezing and crashing several times. Can I get the previous data back on this game? Thanks!

    Daily Puzzles FIXED! (Also GrandMaster mode--600 pieces)

    Took about a week, but glad to see it's fixed. Not sure I have enough time to kill for Master (384 pieces) and the afore mentioned Grandmaster (600 pieces) levels in the Classic Jigsaw though!

    Hi

    Have you tried un installing and reinstalling the game. This can sometimes fix issues.

    It could however be a server issue on Microsofts side.

    Solitaire Level Titles

    At level 100 it is Freecell (or which ever other game) Grandmaster.

    110 - Freecell Grandmaster 1

    120 - Freecell Grandmaster 2

    etc

    190 - Freecell Grandmaster 9

    200 - Bronze Grandmaster

    presumably this will then go 1 to 9 210-290 then Silver at 300, Gold at 400.

    Solitaire Level Titles

    I had reached Spider level 787, with no change in title since level 100, when my tablet failed about a month ago. When I next signed in on my new laptop I was at level 786 and 'Gold Grandmaster 9'. I have since reached level 1001 (937 grandmaster difficulty
    and 2 random 4 suit victories, 0 losses) with no subsequent change in title.

    Unfortunately not much, it will go up to grandmaster 9, then turn into bronze grandmaster with the same progression up to 9, then silver and gold, changing every 10 levels. Max should be gold grandmaster 9 at 490 currently.
