Same problem referred to before, but more information obtained from the Windows 10 "Event Log."

Thanks for the details, do you see the issue happening on other computers as well? When it crashes, are you seeing it directly after a game ends or during an add?

I tried your link to more complex technical issues. My problem wasn't in the list. Your second link tried to sell me all the puzzles I've already purchased. I started in the Xbox Insider Program Forums a couple of days ago. All I got out of that was
a suggestion to use the Facebook site. So, here I am. If you go back to the forums starting on 28 March 2017, you'll find that I wasn't the only person who had this problem. It was widespread. For about a month, I followed suggestions that the other posters
received. Some had success; most had failures. I got fed up and found my work around. Work a puzzle. Let it crash. Reload and work another puzzle. I uninstalled Jigsaw Premium then re-installed. All of my accumulated puzzle sets were gone. I could
go reload any of them without further payment. I can rework any of those puzzles without crashing. However, they do show that they've been worked. I have bought a few new sets. They are the ones that crash upon successful completion of a puzzle. After
I reload, the box is marked with a star on whatever puzzle I worked.

The exact same thing is happening to me and it does not give you the gold bars on the completion of the puzzles. It takes them off when you download the set so you lose those bars every time you download a new set of puzzles. I've just been replaying the
old ones as I have a large collection and it gives you half as many gold bars on completion but it would be nice to play some new ones for a change. I have no faith in microsoft fixing anything as we have had nothing but trouble with anything they do.

It's a very unusual problem. I suspect it could be related to corrupt data or lack of free space on your hard drive. If you sign into Xbox Live when you play the game you should be able to uninstall and reinstall the game without losing any progress (assuming
you've played while your online).

Without a dxdiag from your machine it's hard to tell what could be causing this. My recommendation is to ensure you have all your latest windows updates and also make sure you have plenty of free hard drive space.
