Jigsaw Collections Won't Download -- FIX!

This fix worked for me. Using MS Jigsaw on Windows 10 Home 64Bit.

Close Jigsaw app. Go to Settings. Click on System, then Apps & Features. Find & double-click on Microsoft Jigsaw in the list of Apps. Click "Advanced Options". Click "Reset". Open Jigsaw and try to download a collection you already paid for.

i bought 3 jigsaw collections and none will download so i can play them

Could you please fix the jigsaw game so the 3 collections of jigsaw puzzles i bought will download. This has never happened before. HELP

New puzzles won't download, but the "gold" I have earned deducts the "purchase". Please, please fix this problem. The new puzzles I have tried to download never appear in my collections, won't open, and I cannot work them. Please, help! I enjoy working

Ok, I can't find "Advanced Options". When I double-click it only gives me the option to "Uninstall". What am I doing wrong?

TechnicEarth: Are you using Windows10? I'm not sure about other operating systems. If you are and are not seeing Advanced Options, you may have to uninstall and reinstall MS Jigsaw. Let us know how it worked out.

Oh wow, thanks very much!! Finally I have a solution for this! The collections I've finished recently were deleted though, but I don't care because I've already finished them.

 

Could not find those options in Windows 8.1. Did a complete Windows update instead, and was able to complete the download.
