Jigsaw Collections missing

I started this thread after reviewing all others relating to this issue... I finally solved the log-in issue with MS Solitaire and Jigsaw, however while all my records are present in Solitaire, all my collections (earned and purchased) in Jigsaw will not
show. I tried each suggestions in the FAQ's etc (wsreset.exe etc) without any success. This is not a rant against Win 10 as it continues to improve day by day, i.e. driver issues are solved on an ongoing daily basis so MS is clearly working to make this OS
the best ever! However, if in the meantime someone has a suggestion as to the Mystery of the Hi-Jacked Jigsaws, please help!

Missing Jigsaw Collections

Where have all the jigsaw collections I have purchased gone. Number of problems with games recently. Microsoft pull your finger out and sort it. Anybody got any solutions

 

As I sit here blushing, maybe I can save someone else the obvious embarrassment and remedy this post with a simple "Go to Downloadable Collections and download the highlighted (that is, your) collections... I will put this down to fatigue after battling
a DOA motherboard and hard drive which required a massive re-install effort over the past 2 days... that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I have had this problem several times thank you for finding the answer. no need to Blush as it has probably helped many people

 

Does not work for me, when I click on Downloadable Collections it crashes and shuts down

 

i have same problem, it crashes as soon as I select downloadable collections. I have just updated to win 10 anniversity

 

I bought a new computer and signed into my games without any difficulty. It shows my badges and points, etc. but not my collections. I went to downloadable collections but it wants me to repurchase all of them. None of them were highlighted. I wish that
would have worked for me. I have done 197 puzzles but I am not interested in redoing them. But I want to complete the collections that I had not completed. No issues with it crashing

 

I am having a similar issue. I purchased a new pack yesterday - tokens were subtracted from account but I did not receive the new puzzles. I also don't want to redo the old puzzles in order to get enough tokens for a new pack of puzzles.

 

I purchased 4 packs and none of them show up in downloadable collections. They just disappeared.

The other issue I'm having is that the 3rd puzzle in one of my Jigsaw Jam collection hangs. It just sits there and refuses to load. I've completed the other two, each with 3 stars, but the third won't load. It said that it was unlocked. I tried restarting
my computer, etc. I guess I may have to try deleting Jigsaw Jam and hoping it will give back everything I've achieved. This all started after the latest Windows 10 download.

 

My downloadable collection crashes as well. I've tried hitting that several times over the course of a few months and it locks up.
