    Jigsaw Challenge Puzzles won't load!!!


    I'VE REPORTED TWICE...MY MICROSFT JIGSAW CHALLENGE PUZZLES WON'T DOWNLOAD/OPEN FOR ME TO PLAY! AS A RESULT OF THIS PROBLEM....I HAVE LOST OVER 30K COINS...AND IT'S TRULY NOT APPRECIATED. IT TOOK FOREVER TO EARN THEM AND THEY'RE JUST POOF....GONE.

    I'VE BEEN ILL, IN AND OUT OF CARE...SO FOR A WHILE I COULDN'T PLAY...BUT THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!!!

    ON EACH OF MY CHALLANGES....I'M STARTING FROM THE FREAKIN' BEGINNING AGAIN....AND AS REPORTED AND AGAIN...FOR THE THIRD TIME.....THE JIGSAW JUST WON'T OPEN!!!

    MICROSOFT....YOU HAVE TRULY DROPPED THE BALL....AND YOUR RESPONSE TIME...(IF ANY)...LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED!!! I'VE SPENT ENOUGH MONEY WITH YOU DEV'S....TO EARN MORE RESPECT THAN NO HELP AT ALL!

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    Reporting this same problem on 11/18/14. My gold has reset to 1500, and my progress on this month's challenges and the Jigsaw Jams have been wiped and won't save anything I've done today. It's kept the couple of extra sets I downloaded, but it's erased all
    of my records of completing some of the puzzles. Also, when I click to do the Daily Challenges, it sits on the load screen for 20+ seconds and the loading animation doesn't move.

    me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.
