Jigsaw can't login to Xbox.com

Discus and support Jigsaw can't login to Xbox.com in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Since few days Jigsaw can't login to my Xbox Account to load my Points, Puzzles etc. Login from Browser to Xbox-Account works fine, also other Games...     Jigsaw can't login to Xbox.com


    Since few days Jigsaw can't login to my Xbox Account to load my Points, Puzzles etc.

    Login from Browser to Xbox-Account works fine, also other Games like AOE Siege. I've tried also from my tablet, but same Problem here.Deinstall and reinstall bring no success.

    Anyone a idea to fix the problem?

    when I try to login into XBox.com with my Microsoft account nothing happens so I can't change my Gamertag or other things.

    Sorry for bad Englisch I'm from Germany

    Hello Maxi2551

    If you have a child account you wont be able to change the settings. That is why you getting the link on how to change settings. You will have to have the

    parent account log in     on Xbox.com then change your settings.

    That link works but when I try to go to account.xbox.com/settings then I will send to https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings

    so I can't do anything. And when I try to go from the Microsoft data protection page there happens nothing.

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. What you can do is get notified once the alert is over. Visit our
    Xbox live status site
    and click on "Notify me" to receive a text message once this all blows over. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter.
