Jigsaw bars/coins in the negative!

Discus and support Jigsaw bars/coins in the negative! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; signed in and saw as in negative 100000 (-100000) bars. Have back to -90415.     Jigsaw bars/coins in the negative!


    signed in and saw as in negative 100000 (-100000) bars.

    Have back to -90415. Can't buy any new sets to do.

    Don't really want to go back through puzzles already worked.

    1st the games keeps crashing after every puzzle

    2nd lost all bars so can't buy anything.

    What's the point of this now?

  2. Microsoft Jigsaw Negarive Gold Bars

    The gold bar balance in my Microsoft Jigsaw game suddenly went from positive to negative. I have called Microsoft support and have talked to at least a dozen representatives, but no one has been able to help me. I just want my balance to either be fixed
    back to positive or just reset so I can start using the coins. Right now I have -265,000 and even though it reduces the balance when I earn more bars, it will take forever to get back to zero. As long as it is negative I can't use the bars to buy any new
    puzzles. If this can't be fixed for just this game is there a way to reset my gamertag account so I can clear out the corrupt data?

  3. Why are my gold bars reducing

    I've been playing jigsaw for some time and had accrued a very healthy stack of gold bars, suddenly my total has gone negative and every puzzle I play reduces it further. What is going on please?
