Jigsaw Background

Discus and support Jigsaw Background in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Had a background in Microsoft Jigsaw, light wood I believe. Sampled some other backgrounds, didn't like. Now cant get light wood back... Discussion in 'XBoX Games and Apps' started by PhilipRusso, Dec 12, 2020.

    Had a background in Microsoft Jigsaw, light wood I believe. Sampled some other backgrounds, didn't like. Now cant get light wood back

    Little error on my last post, sorry.

    The Background Apps section. The relevant app needs to be turned on in the background, in this case Microsoft Jigsaw. So, after you choose "Background Apps, then find "Microsoft Jigsaw" from the list on the right... Then select "On" ;-).

    Sorry if I confused anyone with that.

    Stop Jigsaw

    You only have to activate the Privacy option / background apps

    restart Jigsaw

    (Re-)ask your downloads

    It works

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
