Jigsaw app keeps closing

Discus and support Jigsaw app keeps closing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; After I've downloaded the "Heart Shapes" collection and had put several of the puzzles together but the second I finish any of them, the app closes...     Jigsaw app keeps closing


    After I've downloaded the "Heart Shapes" collection and had put several of the puzzles together but the second I finish any of them, the app closes without saving or giving me the stats. When I reopen the app it shows the puzzles are in progress instead
    of being finished. Is there a problem with the app? And when after completing the daily tasks the app closes down. There is no interference from adverts and it's very frustrating.

    Microsoft Jigsaw keeps closing when I try to load puzzles or daily challenge - this is a new behavior.

    Jigsaw Puzzles need fixed

    Jigsaw Puzzles won't load properly, when I finish a puzzle I don't get gold bars and it keeps closing out. FIX IT !!!!

    Jigsaw app keeps closing

    Got the same problem. Opening the puzzles the "long way" they are marked as done. Very irritating.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    I see you have had no responses on this. I have the same problem only I don't use Xbox to play games, just my pc keyboard & mouse. Last evening I was fitting the very last part to a puzzle (150) and it froze. Was not able to recover from where I was and
    had to reboot computer.

    This happens a lot with Microsoft games. I have Win 10 and at times the toolbar items will not work at all for Jigsaw & solitaire.

    Any help out there with Microsoft???

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.
