    jigsaw always crashes on the daylies. no problem with minesweeper, mahjongg or solitaire.


    already reinstalled the game. nothing helped. the repair app for the Microsoft store doesnt work, produce an error every time. So i am at the end of my skills and dont know what to do any more.

    Happening on three different machines for me, so definitely not a computer issue. It was working for me yesterday - caught up in Mahjongg and Solitaire, and played a couple of daily challenges in Minesweeper with no issues. The machine I am currently on
    had not updated Mahjongg or Solitaire, but failed both before and after updating with the 002408 error.

    All Microsoft xbox games have been crashing/refusing to play for days

    Taptiles, Microsoft Sudoku, microsoft jigsaw and minesweeper drop a few seconds after I click on them. This has been going on for several days. Microsoft solitaire and Microsoft Mahjongg, which have been incorporated by Windows 10, play well.

    I have the same problem on a windwos 8 laptop. After the updates of Mahjongg, Minesweeper, Taptiles and Solitaire, the system still logs me in (it shows my avatar and even my awards), but whenever I start a daily challenge the error "DC files are not available".
    This is very frustrating.

    I'm having the same problem. Odd, since Mahjong, Minesweeper, Jigsaw & Sudoku all login and work fine right now. The problem seems to be isolated to the Solitaire Collection

    It is only bingo here. Solitaire, Sudoku, Minesweeper, Jigsaw and Mahjong working fine. So it can't be the server.
